We provide indoor exercise classes at our Five Dock studio and outdoor bootcamp classes at Halliday Park, Udall Ave, Five Dock. Regardless of whether you want to lose weight, tone-up, de-stress or simply improve your overall health and fitness, our goal is to do everything we can to guide, assist and support you.
