Nadine is a career woman with a very busy corporate management job at an insurance company. She found herself spending long hours at work and not being very active.

Nadine wanted a healthier lifestyle and to get her weight under 70kg. Despite her past attempts, she had never managed to get below that magic number of 70kg. She was struggling with motivation and the best way forward.

Nadine found BodyFirst and started personal training sessions and following a paleo eating plan. She lost 10% of her body fat in eight weeks – dropping 7.3kg to 66kg.  She has toned up and sculpted her body and is in the best shape of her life!

She now runs regularly and does weight training every week. She has attended BodyFirst’s three-hour super intense boxing session and three-hour super Saturday bootcamp workouts. She also completed a 21km half marathon.

Nadine loves the results and the compliments she is getting from others. Recently she moved from Sydney’s inner west to Bondi but every Saturday she drives to BodyFirst for her 90-minute intense super personal training workout which is half boxing and half strength training.
