Rosa is a mum of two children and runs her own childcare business. Since having her children, Rosa never did any exercise to work her abdominal muscles.

Rosa wanted to tone up, flatten her abs, improve her fitness and start living a healthier lifestyle. She also wanted to look fabulous in her wedding dress – her wedding day was in six months’ time.

Every week, Rosa made time for two private personal training sessions per week and some running in between.

Rosa lost 4kgs to a weight of 50kg and reduced her waist size by 8cm, from 84cm to 76cm. Her fitness, strength and body tone improved dramatically, in particular her core strength.

Rosa feels great and is so happy with her results. She is the fittest she’s been in years and continues to work hard to further improve her fitness.
