Welcome to Body First Boot Camp - A wonderful way to get fit in the fresh outdoors!
Body First Boot Camp is a great way to enjoy the overall experience of exercising and keeping fit outdoors!
Regardless of whether you want to lose weight, tone up, de-stress or simply improve your overall health and fitness, our goal is to do everything possible to assist you in these aims.
We provide group based outdoor personal training sessions at the Domain-Sydney and Halliday Park-Five Dock in the Inner West. We also provide one-on-one private sessions at a time and place that suit you.
It gives us great satisfaction to help people improve their health and fitness. Body First Boot Camp is an entire program giving you a total body workout, nutritional advice, constant motivation, personalised service and total ongoing support.
