Monday 6.30-7.30pm STRENGTH 🏋️‍♀️ :- Try our Monday evening total body strength workout! This is a great workout to attend if you wanted get stronger and fitter all over. Using a variety of strength equipment this workout will push your limits and kick off your entire week in a very fit energetic way. 

Tuesday 6-6.45am SWEAT IT OUT 🔥 :- An indoor fast paced high intensity workout combining cardio, weights and body based exercises guaranteed to burn. The perfect workout to burn fat and tone up your body. Designed to push you hard and get you fitter!

Wednesday 9.30-10.30am FULL BODY PLUS WIND-DOWN 💪🏻 :- Enjoy a total body strength and cardio workout utilising a variety of equipment to focus on improving your overall fitness, muscle definition plus added stretch, foam roll and meditation at the end of the workout to refresh your entire body mid-week.

Thursday 6-6.45am ABS AND BOOTY 💥 :-Workout focusing on strengthening your core abdominal strength, whilst also toning and strengthening your booty and thighs.  An awesome workout to help strengthen your back and trunk whilst helping to shred your visceral fat around your midsection and butt. 

Friday 9.30-10.30am BOXING 🥊 :- Get fit and results fast with upper body combinations, cardio and strength bursts to create tone and muscle definition. New boxing pads, gloves and inserts provided.

Saturday 7-8am BOOTCAMP ☀️ :-  Great total body workout in the fresh outdoors. Feel energised and pushed with this high calorie burning cardio and bodyweight outdoor workout. Fabulous way to start the weekend and to boost your overall fitness!
