Monday 9.30-10.30am and Tuesday 6-6.45am KILLER KETTLEBELLS:- Whole body strength, power and endurance program. Using a combination of dumbells and kettlebells this workout offers a variety of moves to work your entire body and get you fitter.

Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm and Wednesday 9.30-10.30am BARBELL BURN CLASS:- Intense class for the ultimate burn combining cardio and weight training to work together to your advantage to build muscle whilst burning calories and fat.

Thursday 6-6.45am WAIST REMOVAL ABS WORKOUT:- Focus of this workout is to improve your core abdominal strength, whilst also giving you a complete shredded torso through intense cardio workout mixed in with core targeting exercises to build lean abs and burn off the fat. These muscles are key to strengthening your back.

Friday 9.30-10.30am PURE POWER BOXING BOOTCAMP:- Get fit and results fast with boxing and kickboxing combinations, Bodyweight exercises combining cardio and strength bursts to create tone and muscle definition. Boxing equipment provided.

Saturday 7.30-8.30am BODYTRANSFORMER BOOTCAMP:-  Great outdoor workout to feel energised and to work your entire body. Kick off your weekend with a high calorie burning whole body workout. Equipment and outdoor exercise mat provided.
