Monday 6.30-7.30pm STEP n PUMP:- Get fit and toned fast with a whole body strength and cardio combined workout including a variety of barbell and step exercises combined. Includes core, upper and lower body exercises. High calorie burner intense workout.
Tuesday 6-6.45am BIG MUSCLE GROUPS :- A fast paced workout that targets big muscle groups legs, back, chest and abs designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. Using a variety of equipment, barbell, weights and kettlebells. High calorie burning workout as utilises big muscle groups.
Wednesday 9.30-10.30am TOTAL BODY WORKOUT:- Enjoy a total body strength and cardio workout utilising a variety of equipment to focus on improving your overall fitness, muscle definition plus added stretch, foam roll at the end of the workout to refresh your entire body mid-week.
Thursday 6-6.45am CARDIO MAX WITH WEIGHTS:- A high intensity high energy workout with weighted and bodyweight exercises to gain lean muscle mass, burn fat while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets your whole body, utilising lighter weights, higher reps to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
Friday 9.30-10.30am ABS/BUTT/THIGHS:- Whole workout consists of exercises to tone thighs, butt and abs sculpting and targeting those areas. A great strength and cardio workout combined to burn fat and tone up.
Saturday 7-8am FULL BODY CIRCUIT:- A whole body workout including 8-10 exercises with limited rest in-between. Provides a mix of endurance and strength based exercises working your entire body.
