I have been doing the BODYFIRST fitness sessions for almost 2 years now and can happily say it was the best decision I could have made for myself. Exercising in the morning is a great way to start my day especially because each session is different and although pushed to my limits the results are well worth the effort. Thanks to Vicki and BODYFIRST I have lost over 18kg’s and look and feel the best I ever have. The weekly motivational and health tips e-mails are inspiring and education and I am continuously grateful for Vicki’s knowledge, professionalism and commitment to helping everyone live a healthy balanced life. The support and camaraderie amongst the participants also makes the sessions enjoyable – this is all a testament to BODYFIRST.
